I think a weird alien pod might find a place into my garden sometime soon!

Not going to lie, I am *wildly* jealous of your polytunnel

I cried when I put it up because it wasn't the greenhouse I had in my mind. But I appreciate it now, promise

I totally get this. In my mind my plot is going to be “Monty Don meets *Practical Magic* when it’ll probably end up as Alton Towers as Interpreted by The Wombles.

Yup my garden Pinterest is carefully curated in shades of plum, antique rose and peach. Then I see two for one on mixed colour bulbs, and my daughter asks for sunflowers and bright pink primroses and I remember it's her garden too.

I too would like a fantasy greenhouse but I’m very interested in your poly tunnel. How much ground prep did you have to do, like does it need a foundation? How is it anchored into the ground? Did you get a company to erect it for you or is it something you can DIY ? And if you would not be uncomfortable sharing, what was the ball park cost was…

I did very little ground prep but I should have dug it in more I think aa the ground is wonky so there are a couple of gaps. I didn't put it up, the company I got it from PolyEco did it for me. I think it cost about 2k all-in and is guaranteed for 5 years. It's a giant 10m, so I can fit 40 tomato plants in down one side and still have space for everything else! Hope that helps.
